2. You choose the grade of parts you would like to use for your vehicle.
majority 90% of the parts we sell are from advance/carquest for vehicle repairs. We are a technet repair facility.
Want to bring your own parts for the repair? we have no problem with that either. UNFORTUNATELY We cannot warranty any parts you bring to us. If the part is bad you will have to re-pay for labor. We reserve the right to deny the job depending on if it is a used part- ESPECIALLY for braking/abs systems. All labor only jobs are cash only.
3. The biggest problem with auto shops is they try to UPSELL. Read your owners manual and it will explain at what mileage you should have your vehicle serviced. we will only sell you what you need; with safety issues first. We can provide a quote in the order of importance if there are multiple things wrong. *feel free to bring us quotes from other shops to double check the ACCURACY of the recommended repairs and we can also RE-QUOTE the job for you.
4. Every part you purchase from us, and we install, has a labor/MANUFACTURER nationwide warranty of 2 years or 24,000 miles. Being aTechnet and provantage repair facility there is nationwide roadside assistance for all your repairs performed by wicked wrench co. and over 35,000 shops nationwide.
5. After Hours drop off & pickups at drop box by front door; there are coded number boxes for after hour pickups-Drop offs can be made by dropping your keys in the box. Payments can be made online by a requested square invoice if you wish to pay online but must be paid by 5pm for us to set the key in the pickup boxes.

We text pictures if you are not waiting with your vehicle.

Vehicle DIAGNOSTIC checks are priced by the actual time it takes to figure out whats wrong with the vehicle. for example; if it takes 15 minutes you will be charged for 15 mins. Base price is $109 per hour.
We have ELECTRONIC acceptance VERIFICATION'S with status reports and can include pictures of what is wrong with your vehicle. We bring new technology to automotive repair. you are able to pay online, through your phone or in person.
