Our Part and Labor Warranty Explained-

At wicked wrench co. we give our customers a 2 year/24k mile nationwide parts and labor warranty through technet or provantage program for parts purchased. This includes all brakes we sell. the warranty is a majority of parts we sell unless it is a dealer part (all dealer parts have a 1 year warranty) or a special order part ordered online (online parts have no warranties); we disclose this to every customer where the part was purchased on the invoice with the brand name. if you are unsure what warranty you have for a repair just call and ask, we save all transactions. if the invoice says “labor Only” that means there is no warranty.

we stand 100% behind our work for our customers. if you feel like something isn’t right, just call us and we will get you on schedule to remedy whatever the problem is. Taking it to another shop for repair will only work with the warranty if they are a member of the same warranty programs. You are best off bringing the vehicle back here to avoid confusion and to be sure the warranty is 100% covered.

There are no warranties on wheel *alignments- a simple pothole or curb will effect your alignment immediately.

We cannot warranty a part we did not repair or you did not purchase through us. The parts stores we buy parts from pay for our warranty labor costs. thats why the parts cost more, buying from us becuase it includes a double warranty- on parts and labor.

If it is a part purchased through a dealer by us, the customer must bring the vehicle back here to be serviced for the part warranty. this does not interconnect with other shops like the technet/provantage program. If another shop or person works on the same part (or removes it) voids your warranty with us- no exceptions!

The technet or provantage programs are connected to over 30k other shops THROUGHout the country for warranty repairs. We give warranty PAMPHLETS to find the nearest technetor or provantage shop if you are out of state, or too far from here for warranty service. it also includes TOWING and lodging if needed.

NOTICE- Under no circumstance are manual transmission clutch jobs covered under warranty if clutches are abused or we see indications of racing. The parts removed will show what type of clutch failure occurred. No warranty on parts or labor. There is no way to know until the parts are removed what happened.

***********If you bring your own parts for a vehicle repair, we cannot warranty the part or the labor. No exceptions!!! all labor only jobs are cash only payments.

We will not install used brake or abs parts on vehicle due to safety liability.
