Today there are two types of air conditioning that is used right now- r134 and 1234yf~ we can repair both types of systems

NOTE- All ac gasses have gone up in price in the past year-

  • R134 has been used since the 1990’s and is being phased out due to epa regulations- this ac will cost $75 for a leak test with uv dye- At $20 per pound A full charge will depend on how many ac pounds are needed plus labor time - price depends on vehicle type- Full AC Charges with UV dye is usually around $180

  • 1234yf is in newer vehicles around 2016 and up- this ac is $150 Per Pound for recharge plus labor time and will cost $150 to diagnose for a leak - we use uv dye and “sniffers”- a full charge will depend on how many ac pounds are needed plus labor time - price depends on vehicle type. This ac takes longer to diagnose and charge- different machine, more expensive but takes less gas. newer HOnda civics/accords have ac condenser issues that are under dealer recall/warranty right now.
