Your Appointment-

  • We ask that your vehicle has at least 1/4 tank of fuel so we can test drive the vehicle- and if we have to run the vehicle to perform diagnostics we need plenty of fuel to do our job.

  • We will communicate with you via text or email normally unless you specify to call- we send pictures,message communication and quotes please be aware the text messages come from a computerized number- and you can respond back to us in that work order. You are always welcome to call with questions or concerns.

  • We ask that if the vehicle has a wheel lock please have it in the cup holder or on the passenger seat- <we do not like digging through vehicles>

  • We set an allotted amount of time depending on what is wrong with the vehicle to perform diagnostics or work- addons can be hard to do depending on our schedule. its best to state everything needed at the time of booking your appointment.

  • if your vehicle has an aftermarket alarm system and acts up leave us instuctions as we do not install or service alarm systems here- or repair them

  • We use vehicle lifts to inspect and service all vehicles- if your vehicle is rusty or rotted out it may cause damage to the underneath of the vehicle- we try to lift at the safest place on the vehicle

  • If you decide to bring your own parts there is no part or labor warranty- under no circumstance.

  • If you are picking up afterhours you must pay your bill before 5pm and the keys will be released for after hours pickups- in the front office which is open from 5am- 12 midnight mon-sat and 5am to 11pm on sundays.

  • All vehicles must be picked up after service is done- we don’t have a large amount of parking and storage fees can occur at $25 a day.
