After Hours Pickups & Drop Offs and Standby Status

• Park in the street or in our parking lot-

• Drop your keys in the metal drop box by the front door. Do not add papers or anything with the keys. You can leave papers in the car.

• After hour pick up boxes- are located by the front door. We will message you the box number and the code to get your keys once payment is made before 5pm. pUT IN THE CODE THEN TURN THE KNOB TO THE LEFT AND PULL DOOR UP TO GET YOUR KEY.

• If we do not hear from you or get payment before we close at 5pm- you may pickup your vehicle the following business day- we are closed on weekends-

• if you paid during business hours you will get a paper receipt- if you paid after hours you will get a receipt emailed or text to you the following day

• Cars being dropped off after hours should have an appointment- if its an emergency, make a work order online stating your vehicle was dropped off and then your vehicle will be on standby for the next opening on schedule (can be days sometimes)

• IF YOUR VEHICLE IS HERE ON STANDBY- THIS MEANS THAT YOU DON’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL COME IN IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION OR A TECH FINISHES A JOB FASTER THAN EXPECTED. THIS CAN TAKE SEVERAL HOURS OR DAYS. YOU WILL FIRST GET A QUOTE VIA TEXT, NO PARTS ARE ORDERED UNTIL THE JOB IS AUTHORIZED.
