After Hours Pickups & Drop Offs

• Park in the street or in our parking lot-

• walk in the front glass door and go to the first office on the left by the heart on the wall 💜

• Our front office hours = 5am-12 midnight monday through friday and 5am to 11pm on sundays

• the front office cannot take payments! that must be done over the phone or request an online invoice to text or email during regular business hours from 8am to 5pm monday through friday (we do not take checks for payment)

• If we do not hear from you or get payment before we close at 5pm- you may pickup your vehicle the following business day- we are closed on weekends-

• if you paid during business hours you will get a paper receipt- if you paid after hours you will get a receipt emailed or text to you the following day

• Cars being dropped off after hours should have an appointment- if its an emergency write your contact info down and then your vehicle will be on standby for the next opening on schedule (can be days sometimes)

• The after hours attendants cannot answer questions about your vehicle- they just tend to the keys- if you have questions call during business hours M-F 8am to 5pm
